黄辉，副教授，硕士生导师。2017年2月毕业于奥地利林茨大学和中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院（联合培养），获理学博士学位，导师为 Manuel Kauers 教授和李子明研究员；2017年3月– 8月于奥地利林茨大学代数研究所从事博士后研究，合作导师为 Manuel Kauers 教授；2017年9月– 2020年6月于加拿大滑铁卢大学符号计算研究组从事博士后研究，合作导师为 Mark Giesbrecht，George Labahn 和 Eugene Zima 教授；2020年8月– 2023年11月为大连理工大学数学科学学院副教授；2023年12月加入加拿大28预测-精准数据分析-权威选号平台
